Return and refund policy

EU customers: right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days, starting from the day you or someone you designate receives the last item in your order.

To withdraw before delivery, submit a cancellation request. After delivery, submit a return request within the 14-day period. Use Returns and cancellations in your customer account under Orders, or contact us at houseofstruthy@gmail.com.

Any return shipping charge, if applicable, will be shown during the return request. For EU withdrawal requests, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, including the original shipping cost, within 14 days of your request. We may wait to issue the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We offer a 30-day return policy for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us at houseofstruthy@gmail.com with photos of the issue so we can review it and arrange a refund or replacement where appropriate.

Other change-of-mind returns

For customers outside the EU, our orders ship directly from our supplier, so we don’t accept mailed-back change-of-mind returns. This does not limit consumer rights that apply to you.

Sale items and gift cards

We don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards except where applicable law requires otherwise. This does not limit EU withdrawal rights where they apply.

Refunds

For approved refunds outside the EU, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact houseofstruthy@gmail.com.
